“I had recurring roof leaks at my old house in Abbotsford, which persisted despite multiple repairs. I consulted several roofing contractors, and one even suggested replacing the entire roof, quoting me $50k, which I found far too expensive. Last month, it leaked again after a rainstorm, so I reached out to Wilway. Although he was busy, he came by a week later and took a look.

Wilway assessed my roof, which is a metal, industrial-level one, and assured me that the roof itself had no issues. Instead, he discovered a hole in the exterior wall and identified areas of the siding that needed resealing. Last week, he arranged for his team to fix everything. This week, we had record-breaking rainfall in Greater Vancouver, and thankfully, there have been no more leaks.

Wilway did an excellent job. His pricing was very reasonable, and unlike some other contractors who were quick to suggest a full roof replacement, he focused on solving the actual problem.
