Very friendly and good customer service. It was busy and there’s only 1 lady handling them all. Got my business headshots done here, really liked them. Look forward to use this company for outdoor photo shoots.
We were late for a 10am appointment but our photographer was super pleasent and we made up the time quickly getting portraits of our daughters. The pictures turned out great, would use them again.
Went for passport photos. Wish we knew that they were about $27 per person instead of the $5-7 charged at other places. Staff member did a GREAT job with our photos, even detecting some minute shadows that might pose a problem. We were told that for newborn passport photos, the infant must be held sitting up, without parent's hands visible (which is pretty near impossible if you're holding her neck). Passport Canada website clearly states "for newborn babies, the photo may be taken while the child is sitting in a car seat, as long as a white blanket is placed over the seat behind the child's head." Staff need to be updated on this.
