“I really enjoyed the massage that I was given in the pedicure. The gal did great!

But what was really lovely was watching how the one staff member treated an old man who walked in and needed his toe nails cut. He was very very chatty and spent his entire toe nail trim talking about how his wife did everything for him before she died and how grateful he was that someone could do this for him. The gal patiently cared for him, helping him in and out of the chair, taking his socks off and on, shoes off and on. She offered him genuine respect. He forgot something and she had to go outside to find him and give it back. As someone whose dad needed extra care like this before he passed, I really appreciated the gentle way he was fully respected.“
