I was panicking all day, cause my nose ring came out of my nose and I assumed that my life was over. Exaggerating to the max. I walked into the Chilliwack shop, where I met Kelsi. They assured me, I was going to be taken care of. When we got to the chair, they were very professional, but STUPID ME, they told me that all I needed to do was clip the nose ring back in, seconds later, it was done. They gave me a free get out of jail card, I will definitely be making an appearance again to get more piercings done. Most others would have charged me, they took care of me. Thank you again Kelsi!!!! Life saver!!!!!
Mike re-pierced my ears last week and was super kind and informative! He explained the process to me since my ears had been pierced previously and grown over (I'd had them done twice as a kid but they never seemed to heal well and I reacted poorly to some earrings). He told me what he was going to do before he did it and generally made it an easygoing experience, which I really appreciate as someone who's a bit of a chicken when it comes to pain. The person working the front desk (whose name escapes me, I'm sorry!) was also super kind and on the ball, which made the whole process smooth. I'll definitely be going back for some more earring tops once mine heal!
