-10 worst experience going to a clinic and being turned away after spending time and money to get there as they refuse to take anyone not already a client. so whynot say so on this website,as all i needed was to get an old perscription re-filled i got from emergency hospital 6 months ago and yet this so called medical clinic could not even do this as it would take them all of 30 secs to refill a order for blood thinners simple and easy,correction forced to click on 1 star when should be minus 10 not a 1 outa 5

Waste of time. Wouldn't even let me come in and I only had one "cold/flu" like symptom so I was forced to do an over the phone call which lead to a misdiagnosis which I wasn't surprised about considering the first thing the Dr said to me when I answered the phone call was oh so you want antibiotics? How on earth am i supposed to know what proper medicine i need for the problems im having? He didn't even ask what my symptoms or my problems were just sounded like he wanted to make it short and sweet. When urgent care heard this after I ended up in the hospital they were disgusted. So unprofessional. All drs have to be vaccinated now so why are they so afraid to see clients...read full review

Unbelievable!!!! They dont take walk ins because of Covid still!!! So I book an appointment for a phone call with the doctor for Tuesday at 5:30pm and There was no call from the doctor ... So Wednesday after work I go in personally, theres only a receptionist in there and she tells me they wont do walk ins. So I book another phone call appointment for today at 5:30pm and they call me at 2pm saying the doctor recommends I go somewhere else because I need my chest listened to and they couldnt help me and to top it off the receptionist hung up on me as I was asking questions, so ya! ?‍♂️Really rude and unprofessional receptionist.
