I want to express my appreciation for the way my purchase of Vinyl plank from Diane to the laying of the floor by Meemo and his crew absolutely the best service I have had
from start to finish. I would recommend more companies hire more Meemo's.

I cannot speak my praise enough for Dianne Loughran of the Abbotsford Jordan’s Flooring Outlet. She came in with an eleventh hour save!!! She found the flooring we needed to finish our main floor (we started 2 years ago). Not just that, but we happened to head into the store during a sale event and our wood was on sale. I feel she went above and beyond to help us, she is modest and says she was only doing her job. I highly recommend contacting her for any of your flooring needs, area rugs of various sizes as well.

I recently purchased a Dream 8x10 wool rug and was assisted by Dianne at the Abbotsford location. She provided excellent customer service from the minute I walked into the store, throughout the contemplation and to the final purchase.
