We had an emergency leak in our intake hose to the water tank at the end of August and Jeff got back to us right away and it was fixed first thing the next morning. Very pleasant and a good clean job done.

I am so pleased with Jeff's work and customer service. I had a cracked toilet tank and he quoted me a fair price and communicated at each step as we sorted out finding a replacement and scheduling a time for the work. He arrived when he said he would and got the work done well and efficiently. I will definitely use his services again.

I initially asked for a quote online in the evening and Jeff got back to me the next day. He was prompt with his replies and open about his availability. I had an old faucet that was leaking so much! Jeff took the time to lay out several options for me at different price points. He also went out took pictures of potential replacement faucets and texted them to me. He was very patient in explaining to me the impacts of the different choices, which I'm really grateful for. The day he arrived here was masked up, and finished up in about an hour.
