I've only worked with Katrina, Holly and Adrian, but these people are top notch. I'd go everyday if I could.. Great people and great fitness knowledge. These trainers are unlocking muscles I didn't know I had, and I'd probably look super fit if I didn't love pizza.
After being in a car accident and working a sedentary job, I have countless aches and pains in my body, plus I couldn't seem to get ahead in my fitness goals. After years of trying different physio, chiro, massage, you name it, I'm finally seeing real results from my time here! They have a practical approach to rehab and fitness. Shout out to coaches Holly and Katrina who are so helpful and supportive. Highly recommend for anyone with muscle issues or injuries of any kind.
They are pros.
