Avoid this company at all costs. Poor workmanship, unprofessional, and utterly disrespectful of our time. Friesen Flooring employees installed the underlay and laminate flooring on an uneven and/or unlevel subfloor as some parts of our floor had noticeable soft spots, gaps created between laminate flooring joints, and settling of over a ¼’ in places. These issues with the installation have created a lot of noise in the flooring due to the movement. A Friesen employee, Marty conducted an inspection on January 30, 2020, acknowledged there were issues with our floor, took videos as evidence for his office, and informed us there would be a follow up. These guys are terrible... not only was the quality of workmanship poor. The employees who installed my floor stole my portable bluetooth speaker. Don't trust these guys alone in your home.

Company stands behind their work and they installer who dropped off the carpets at our suite left the job for no good reason. With-in a couple of hours and new all star team was sent in to finish the job without incident. They did great work while they joked around and they took all their trash with them. I would Highly Recommend this Company.
