“I had two new pair of glasses made at Lens Crafters and while I do not normally write reviews I must make an exception: The personal went beyond their duty to provide satisfaction. I bought two pairs of glasses in May and got them all right but one pair made of plastic frame just did not work out for me...I have globulous eyes and did not expect to have my eyelashes get in the way...I had to clean my new pair of glasses every few seconds...this was not good. So I took the glasses back and the gentleman who normally works behind the scene in the lab provided the best service! He went beyond his normal duty! Even found a new pair of glasses for me at reduced price. I cannot thank him enough! I regret to not have taken his name down! Today I met with Nicole to pick up the new glasses and they are a perfect fit. She was so nice and easy to talk with, she made me feel comfortable at once! I certainly would recommend them to anyone who is in quest of great customer service!“
