Everybody I dealt with at end of the roll in Abbotsford was beyond amazing, Brady was phenomenal he went out of his way in every way possible to ensure I had what I needed when I needed it, Ruth was beyond friendly and provided such great service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for flooring needs.
End of the Roll did a fantastic job at replacing the carpet on a set of stairs and doing a patch repair job. Ruth was amazing and communicated with us the entire way and knew we were in a time crunch to get the carpet job done. The staff arrived on time and finished in half the amount of time as expected. We will definitely be choosing this location again for future flooring needs
Brady at End of the Roll did an excellent job of matching up some carpet for a 2nd bedroom. Also in choice of laminate for hallway,dining room and living room. His measurements were spot on so there was minimum waste. We had an issue with very unlevel floors and they arranged for Selfcrete to come in and level our floors next day. Justin their installer did a fantastic job of installing the laminate and carpet.
Overall extremely happy with everyone involved with this project.
