Fuel pump line supplied by BD Diesel in their kits cracked due to vibration. They knew it was a problem because the replacement part now has a vibration bracket revision. BD Diesel charged me full price of $299.57 for a new fuel line.
BC Diesel installed BD Diesel's tie rods into my Duramax. They lasted 13 months and apparently you can't get new outer tie-rods for them so I now have to either buy an entire new set or change them out with another brand.
According to my code reader, I needed a new actuator for my Ram diesel and the local Dodge dealer wanted $3000 for a remanufactured one. I went to BD diesel to get their opinion, Nick wad awesome and set me up with a new actuator including new turbo for $4000! BD took my truck that same day and it was ready 2 days later, my truck felt like it was now spooling faster and I had a lot more engine braking. Great service and price. Thanks again Nick!
