Useless. The phone loop goes around in circles until it hangs up.
The customer service was always dreadful here but. I always turned a blind eye mainly due to the product being above the trade. Unfortunately everything has gone down the toilet in the last 3 years . The hydrapressed slabs fall apart on the pallets, and the ocs stone came with about 10% rejects. I've put in complaints but the customer service guy is a joke... obviously he's over worked. I recommend sourcing elsewhere in the LM. Murtural or new stone. Lost alot of money on my last project due to the lack of care nowadays.
Paving stones have different sizes hy 1/8 inch. Doesnt take responsibility.
