These folks went over and above to help when our truck broke down. They stayed late waiting for us to get towed to their shop. Sadly the first tow truck was a waste of space but when we finally got the truck towed in they fixed it in a very short time and at a very fair price.
Having told them that it was a serpentine belt that broke they ordered the parts plus some pulleys just in case so when they started work on the truck they had all the parts needed to make the repair.
They were great at communicating , friendly, sympathetic and just plain nice.
My experiences with this team have been top notch!! I drive an older light truck that has been in need of various repairs over the last number of months. Krankys has taken my vehicle in numerous times in a timely fashion and has been beyond thorough in informing me and or correcting the mistakes of others as they are discovered. I feel they do very good work and my little truck is running great!!
I had an unfortunate run in with a deer and ICBC needed me to get my truck into a mechanical shop to take a look at it. Being from out of town it was difficult finding a shop that would actually help out.
Alisha and team went above and beyond with assisting me from out of town.
