I called Jayco this morning as my hot water tank had stopped working, I talked with Kristy, she was so professional, Kristy asked me for a number on the tank I didn't know what I was looking for so Kristy guided me through it all with so much patience.
A gentleman named Justin showed up much quicker than expected he was just as professional and kind, he assessed the issue and fixed it very quickly even teaching me how to protect my hot water tank in the future.
My family and I are very grateful for the wonderful work from Jayco Plumbing, Justin and Kristy.
If there was ever an award for top groomer in the country Andrea would take the gold medal hands down. I would say she is akin to a great Dog Whisperer! She is masterful in her craft and an artist when it comes to grooming. She is keenly aware of canine behaviours and treats all the dogs that walk thru her door with respect.
To give an idea of how masterful she is I would like to share a wee story. I rescued a Newfoundland from a chained up environment. He is well over 150 pounds with pent up fear and anxiety. The matts on him were so thick I could barely cut them with sharp scissors.i feared he would need to be shaved right down. Andrea spent the day with Big Boy Bodie and he came back a new dog. Glowing with all his coat and a happy dog.
Andrea is a gold nugget in our community! We are fortunate she has come here to share her expertise and kindness towards our dogs.

I'm really happy with my cut. Danielle is great and took the time to figure out my weird hair. She gave me a nice cut that I think will look good for a while and suits my no fuss routine. All the ladies were so nice and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming
I would like to express my gratitude to the branch manager along with other staff for there hejp with my accident claim. Great work done on my car recently, really went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect.
Had great experiences before hand, but one bad experience where I was told to come in the next day for pick up, but they didn't have the part, and no idea what I was talking about. Told me to come in the following Friday for the part and I was told that not only did they not have the part but didn't have it at all after a week of me driving with no blinkers I ended up buying new from lordco
My husband was first to meet Brooke after contacting the reality team then having them appoint Brooke to be our agent. My husband went and saw a few places with her,he found her to be personalable and paitant,took him to properties he wanted to look at and wasnt pushy at all. I talked on the phone a few times with Brooke before meeting her for the first time when we got our keys in Sept 2024 and she was polite,listened to our concerns and answered any questions we had. When I met her the day we were getting our keys to our house,she was friendly,not in a rush explained if we needed anything we can stay in touch. She wasn't in for a quick sale. My husband picked out our house,he saw it with Brooke and I trusted both of them with the decision he made about buying it(as I couldn't go with him to look at the place as I was in Nova Scotia with our kids at the time), We would recommend Brooke as your realtor. We love our place and glad we got Brooke as she knows what she doing and does not rush you into buying something you may not like. She is very passionate about her job.
Geoff was prompt at answering and we made arrangements for him to come out and look at our rv furnace. He was quick and reliable and very reasonable price?

The staff and veterinarian were very nice with my situation with my dog but they have misplaced my 6 foot wide by 8 feet long comferter that. I brought my dog in with cuz he couldn't walk in. Apparently no body seems to know anything about it which I find very strange. It belongs to my neighbor if I don't get it back I will have to replace it myself. Please return no questions asked.
