Just want to say we had some windows installed today and our installers did and awesome job under a difficult situation.
Last Friday we had Window World install our new windows and I have to be honest, it was so much easier than my wife and I could have ever imagined. From the moment we met with the Window World rep Zac, we knew we would be taken care of and we would soon be enjoying our latest home improvement. Zac was thorough in explaining all that we would be getting as well as showing us first hand the product and the quality of its craftsmanship. Within a few short weeks we received the phone call we had been expecting, Victoria was the first voice we spoke with when we made our initial appointment with and she was letting us know days in advance when the crew would be showing up for the installation. By the way, both Zac and Victoria both assured us that the whole process would be quite painless, believe me, it truly was. I’d like to add both of them also told us on more than one occasion if we had questions or concerns that a simple phone call was all we needed. Ok so now it’s Installation day, yay! We both were up early in anticipation of the day’s event. John and Kevin arrived, these two men soon had our old windows out (which they gladly disposed of, yay!). Simply put, John and Kevin are a working machine, watching them work together was very reassuring, I mean seeing your home with all these holes in it is a bit nerve wracking. I also need to mention one more important detail, we have two golden retrievers and if you know this breed, you know that if they find a spot to lay, then that’s where they stay, you pretty much get used to it, your balance will soon be put to the test. John soon picked up on this quirky habit and we were amazed at how agile John was when working with a 90 lbs dog right beneath him, I am amazed, you rock John. In a few hours we had our windows in, the guys were cleaning up, even vacuuming to be sure nothing remotely was out of place, wow! Sorry if my review went a bit long, honestly I still have so much more to add, but you have my word, my wife and I are so happy to now be permanent members of the Yuma community and with companies like Window World, we know we made the best decision of our lives.
