“Les came out to do a service on my water softener and RO systems. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very communicative about what he was doing and why. He completed both items, cleaned up after himself, And even returned everything under the sink to its original position. Unbeknownst to me, the next day, we would experience a water outage in the foothills. I mistakenly assumed that my lack of water pressure had something to do with les' work the day before. He came back out that afternoon and checked everything out, and within about 10 minutes surmised that there was a water outage. Sure enough, just as he was saying that, I got an email from the water company stating exactly that. In other words, it wasn't his fault, but he sure did show up to take a look at it in a timely fashion. I will definitely use above all plumbing in the future, and hope that they send Les, or someone he personally trained, out for future calls. Great job.“
