On November 4th I shared my review of Roto Rooter in Yuma. In that review I was disappointed in them for not responding when they should have to providing me a report that was promised in two day and over a week later I hadn't received it. I am happy to say that they were very concerned and apologized for the delay in providing me the report I was promised. They contacted my Insurance company and provided them with everything they asked for and have continuously contacted me to be sure I didn't need any additional information for my insurance claim. Amazing customer service and reasonable prices. Had our reverse osmosis serviced, hot water heater installed and a couple other things. One of the pieces we needed had to be ordered but they came out the same day it came in. Fast, reliable, and cost effective. Our technician even labeled our systems so we know exactly when each piece will need to be serviced again. Highly Recommend!

Tony was AMAZING! He was very respectful, on time and very knowledgeable. I trusted him and didn’t upsell on the repairs. My RO system was leaking and was here quickly and fixed the leak. Great price and very reliable! Highly recommend
