Horrible quality, save yourself the headache and find a different builder. They do no quality control and take no accountability. I have had cracked tile floors for over 24 months now after buying this house brand new. They sent someone out like 4 times and then once the warranty was done they wouldn't fix it anymore.

Poor customer service. Would not honor warranty Evan after multiple attempts to fix cracked grout on new home. Luckily the sub contractor kept the GC Halls and they came out on thier own and fixed the problem. Don't ever but a home from Halls Contractor worst quality ever.

As seen in other comments the construction crew has ZERO regards for the home owners in the community. We moved in one month ago and there's constantly trash going into our pool and loud music starting promptly at 8:00AM. The music is so loud it vibrates my walls. I have asked numerous times for them to turn it down and they do not care at all. Its so loud my boss can hear it through our teams calls and has asked me to address it asap. On top of trash and loud music the crew leaves nails everywhere. Its disgusting. The building representatives are also a nightmare to work with.
