Made a mistake on my 80 year old mothers taxes and refused to take responsibility for the mistake, blamed the mistake on her, refused to work with her to rectify the mistake, and actually sent a letter for her to sign saying she was at fault. A mistake that could cause her THOUSANDS of dollars. Very unethical business. I would NOT recommend their services. Hoping she files a complain with the BBB and also posts a review here and on FB so that her friends know to avoid this business.
