The office is almost impossible to reach. The phone rings busy, which is ridiculous in 2024, or they just don't answer. I've been trying to get my mother's medical records since Apr 2024 and they still have not been sent. The office keeps claiming they have not received a request, so I guess their fax machine is inoperable.

Ryan Price is fantastic!!! My daughter loved him. He is very patient with children and listens to every question you may have. The office staff however are horrible! No one ever answers the phone. I have called multiple time throughout the day and it is either busy or they put you on hold. They have an answering service that takes calls during lunch, but they are unable to take messages or do anything to assist you; voicmail could do more...

the office ladies need a fxcking reality check and some fxcking manners. I spent 30 minutes on hold till their machine hung up on me. Then called back to be out on hold again. There was 15 minutes till they went to lunch and I made the lady stay on the phone after spending 15 second arguing. This happens every month and their excuse is it’s busy. All summer and winter. Every time I call. If it’s that busy in the office hire more people. They can afford it as it’s the only place in Yuma, so can fxcking afford it.
