Bill was awesome and stayed late into the evening to ensure we didn't have to go another night with no AC. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and his attitude was great. Jessica was also very communicative and kept us up to speed on parts ordering and times. I will definitely be referring anybody who asks to this company.

Ok, West Valley, this company has set the bar to a new level for HVAC work and customer service!!! I am still in awe of how wonderful and truly caring this entire company is, and they definitely went above and beyond for me and my dad. Our situation is not "typical" and after calling about 12 different locations for help or at least advice, they jumped in with ZERO hesitation and I am so very grateful. Their technicians are respectful, professional, and are more than prepared for any issue that can arise on a job. My situation had some serious issues, but they made it their main priority to get my 83 yr old father comfortable and out of the AZ heat I know... read full review

I can't recommend Roger Cox A/C highly enough! From start to finish, Roger and his team exemplified professionalism and excellence. Roger was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process. He walked me through the daunting task of A/C repair, explaining every step in detail which greatly eased my concerns.
The work area was always kept clean and orderly, a testament to Roger's meticulous nature. Despite several issues with our system, he handled everything efficiently, even when parts had to be ordered. He worked seamlessly with our insurance to ensure fair pricing and kept us informed at every stage.
