“It was a tale as old as time.My father in law wanted a new hose fitting post-water softener so he could wash his cars.With sawzall in hand he said “watch this” and cut the water main in half.No big deal, we just need to solder in a new fitting, how hard can it be?A new filing, a little bit of solder and a lot of heat and just like that a fitting was attached, it seemed so easy.And then we turned the water back on.And it went everywhere.So we turned the water off and began again.Burned a bit of the wall with the blowtorch.More leaks.A trip to the hardware store for new pipe sections and more gas for the torch.And again, solder starting to drip and pile up on the garage floor.More leaks.By now it had been hours. People were thirsty.The garage was wet. It was getting dark.Grandma had to pee.A thunderstorm was rolling in, and the lessor plumbers that we called all refused to come or were many hours away.Finally we found E.R. Tankless & Plumbing, and Roland was able to come within the hour, even at this dire hour!He quickly identified the mistakes and set about fixing things properly. The job was one that was time consuming due to switching to a new tank system and having to be re-piped about 20 feet.The tank works fantastic and the piping he did looks great. His bid for the job was fantastic, no one came close to it, glad I hired him and would recommend him to anyone I know.Don't hesitate, grab him if you can.“

I gave the above review several months ago after my first repair with Sunstate Plumbing.
This last week I had to call them again concerning a second toilet that was having problems. I asked if Mike would be available to do the service call.
Mike arrived and, just as above, he diagnosed the problem, which was more complicated than my other toilet, quoted me a great price. There aren't enough words in the dictionary to give adequate praise for this man. If the Olympics had a event called "Plumbing" Mike would be on the podium with a GOLD Medal!“
