“I am the owner of designer dogs by Debbie I used to be in Sun City Arizona from 1999 to 2014 I liked it there but so expensive so I moved to the fabulous town of Youngtown Arizona 2014 and Counting I have been grooming 52 years and have a stay with your dog program I do not know a Kathy Monroe who stated she came over a year to me I write everything down I have a stay with your dog program there's no way that I hurt her dog are injured her dog I do not push the dogs that's why I do a lot of hard to do dogs is what some groomers call them this lady called me cruel she may have came to me one time ask for a low price and when I didn't give it to her she got mad this is a rewards program not a discount program prices are according to how often they come in also I do not do dogs that could be injured people sign releases to come and stay with their dogs and they see everything if the dog does not respond to me I send them to a veterinarian groomer so whoever this Kathy Monroe is that gave a chamber of Congress review one time at my old location which has been closed since 2014 I renewed everything off my smartphone this year the first time I had a smartphone is lying about a person that is 70 years old and groomed around the valley so who is the cruel one now I would say it's Kathy Monroe because someone who's groomed as long as I have respecting people and their animals would never last this long I used to own adorable Boutique fine dog grooming I've been working since 1966 started in the dog field in the 1970s and on my first shop at 21 so again stating somebody's cruel to animals were so many have came including those who don't have dogs that are what groomers called hard to do again who is the cruel one I would say a lady who supposed to be some kind of whatever is wouldn't you come come and find out for yourself you will find the dogs respond to me well and even the ones that don't like to be groomed with my rewards program no contracts no obligations want to come in as far as to stay with your dogs program you can even if they're not that difficult ask how.H“

“I travel to a bit to get to Acoma because they're the best. They really care about the pets, no matter how naughty they might be! All the staff is extremely knowledgeable. The front office is always friendly and helpful. And the doctors? I've never been more confident in my pets' care. I literally LOVE any doctor that I've seen there. “I absolutely hate boarding my dog, but this place has excellent customer service, sends pictures of my dog daily, and the staff will tell you how your dog did during the stay. I have used them multiple times while rising family on the east coast and have never had any issues. They were even accommodating when I had a delayed flight with the potential to have to book another overnight stay for my dog. Wonderful staff and a safe place to board if you have to.“

“Took my little Yorkie mix to get her shots updated and Heartguard renewed. Was treated very well. Just recently they treated her for a small cyst on her upper eyelid. She’s doing great! They also called to follow up on how she was doing. I highly recommend Acoma Animal Clinic. ?“

“I went in to get my my dog's nails ground. It was $20 and they did a great job. For $25, they will do ears and teeth, but I would skip that. The teeth was one quick swipe of a toothbrush, nothing actually achieved there. Same with the ear cleaning - just a cotton round, one quick swipe.

“This store has been nothing but wonderful for myself and my son who just got a leopard gecko at another store. However, this store is close to us and we have come in for supplies, making several visits. They have always been extremely helpful and informative about this gecko who is currently seeming unwell. I've dealt with probably four or five different employees and they are all seriously so kind and so pleasant to work with and just they all seem like stand-up people. So kudos to you guys.
