Tod came out to my house for a termite inspection and delivered professional, articulate service from start to finish. A friend recommended General Exterminating, and based on my experience, it was the right call. They’ve been in business for 46 years and clearly rely on reputation, not review-chasing or Google games. Solid company, excellent service, and fair pricing. Old-school reliability. Highly recommend.

I have been very pleased with General Exterminating since moving to the Valley (2 years). All the guys that have come and sprayed my house are always courteous, respectful and will answer any questions. Will come back if necessary. So I would recommend this company.

Bought a home with a termite bond by General Exterminating. Had an instance where we saw a termite tube and they were right out to treat. Was doing construction and replacing flooring and there was a stress crack in concrete subfloor they came right out to treat before the new flooring was installed. Very professional, shows up when they say they will and leave no mess. Will renew service when contract is up.
