What an amazing company. Very honest, friendly and professional employees.
Gave us a two hour window and where at our home right on time. I will say we have a new plumber and thrilled we found them.
Moises was absolutely the best! EXTREMELY knowledgeable, courteous and fixed a year-long problem that another company had walked away from after failing to fix it. He also corrected two smaller problems while he was here so I did not have to make another service call. As far as Dignity Plumbing is concerned, they send Moises out quickly and their charges seem more than fair. You will not do better than to use Dignity and will be lucky if Moises is your service provider.
Our aging water softener was having major issues. We ended up purchasing a water softener with home filtration system. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. This is not the first time we have called Dignity Plumbing and won't be the last... I am sure! Both times, we felt prices were fair, and employees were well above par. Moises installed our softener/filtration system today. He was warm, knowledgeable, and informed us so that we could make a decision that was right for us. No pressure! NONE! My husband and I both came away with the feeling that we were dealing with a trustworthy man who works for a trustworthy company! Thank you, Moises!
