“We used Desert Valley for our master shower remodel this year. We had used them several years ago for our kitchen remodel. We are so happy with the way our shower turned out. The plumber and the tile crew were very professional. Their many years of experience helped us update our plan on the fly, for a better outcome.“

“So far we have used Desert Dogs for two different jobs and are about to use them for a third. The first job was a yard cleanup, the second job was spreading 30 yd.³ of mulch. I suggest if you have specific instructions you want followed...make sure to be there when the work is being done and check on them often. because, On both of the first two jobs, even though people were repeatedly told what you needed of them, once they're supervisor left or left, they ignored the very specific instructions. The whole crew was given and decided to do what they thought should be done instead. Don't get me wrong. They did a good job, eventually but they had to redo some stuff because they didn't follow instructions. Which was just frustrating. However as its hard to find good people to do manual labor, i dealt with it. This next job will be a tub to shower conversion. As it will most likely be 1 person on the job, it should be easier to make sure things are done the way i need it done.“

“We had interviewed 2 other contractors before we decided that we wanted to work with Cliff and Bryce. We appreciated their transparency and forthrightness from our first meeting. We chose perfectly!

We did a whole house renovation with Crosspoint Contractors. Fortunately for all of us, we did not need to live in the house during the renovation so Crosspoint could manage the entire house and not room by room. Cliff promised that he would deliver on time and within the cost projections. We were close with both.

Cliff’s workers were the best and very observant. The previous owner had removed a kitchen wall to open up the kitchen to the family room. We loved the openness. While starting to work on the kitchen ceiling, one of Cliff’s workers noticed that the ceiling was a couple of inches off. Cliff had him remove the drywall and discovered that the owner had hung the kitchen ceiling to the rafters which were starting to split after removing the load bearing wall! Cliff immediately stopped work in the kitchen, brought in an engineer and installed a post and beam to hold up the ceiling. We were so grateful that this was discovered and handled.

We have the best kitchen in Phoenix! It is gorgeous and very functional. As a cook, I appreciate the design and functionality. We love the rest of the work in the house as well. The flooring tiles are masterfully installed, and the cabinets are beautiful and functional (from Irvin Cabinets).

We are delighted with Crosspoint and are currently working with them for Phase 2.

“I got Enrique's number from a friend who had his driveway done by Ramos Pavers a few years ago and after lots of rain and continually parking big trucks on it, there is not one shifted paver or low spot or gap.I did a lot of research trying to find the cheapest place (guys on offer up mostly assuring me they do good work) but eventually common sense reminded me that cheap usually means you will regret it eventually and by the time you regret it the people who installed it wont be around.I hired him and he did pavers at my sisters house and my house.His crew does fantastic work and very fast. He even had to do some re-grading and that was spot on also without any added surprise costs.I would imagine there are less expensive places out there but when water pools in certain areas and pavers sink and look sloppy you will wish you hadn't save a couple of bucks per square foot.“
