We just had our old air conditioning unit replaced with a new one from Sunland. We had met with Ryan a few weeks prior to answer our questions and get recommendations on what was best for our air conditioning & heating needs and was happy with the proposed plan. Ryan, Tony and Josh arrived as scheduled and were ready to start on this project. Tony and Josh were the technicians who handled the de-installation of the old unit and the installation of the new air conditioner unit. They worked diligently all day and got the new unit up and running by the end of the day and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Ryan came by periodically to be sure everything was going smoothly. We were very happy with their work and look forward to using this new air conditioner especially next summer. Thank you Ryan, Tony, Josh and Sunland! Bob R.
Contracted Albrecht and Son to correct damaged ceiling in master bedroom. Tech (Robbie) that removed damaged drywall and replaced with new drywall did an excellent job. His cleanup following his work was great. Coating tech (Troy) also did an excellent coating job of the entire bedroom. When finished, Troy's cleanup was superb. Each day of work a supervisor (Ron) came out to observe the work of the techs. It was also noted that the techs were on the job at the time they were scheduled to be. I would highly recommend Albrecht and Son to perform work on my home again.

I was there for 60 mins for massage , She started massaging me from the beginning. My back, neck, head and arms followed by my torso and legs which made me feel very relieved from my neck pain, of course this experience impressed me very much. The place was clean, she was friendly and polite, and I will return. Come to receive service here again. I don't remember her name very well. But she's from Chicago.

Craftsmanship is defined differently depending on many variables. Matching drywall textures is an art. Not everyone can do the matching. Anyone can texture, but matching existing texture takes skills only experience can teach! Ace is a fine company and even warranty their definition of craftsmanship for an entire year!Unfortunately “The Home Inspector” does not agree with Ace Handyman definition of good craftsmanship and I need to find a dry wall guy soon.
I had an issue with the back seat of my car and when I took it to them I was blown away at the job they did, fairly priced too.
