Jeff saved my sanity by fixing our a/c. Even in "AZ a/c failure peak season," he was able to get us taken care of fast! He was prompt with return phone calls, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the culprit and replaced the faulty part. He was upfront with the cost of repair, showed the faulty part and how it was faulty, and was extremely professional (while still being very personable and friendly). His repair was very reasonably priced as well. I would absolutely use him again (hopefully not for a few years ?) and will certainly recommend Hot N Cold to anyone needing repair.

Jeff came out and installed a booster fan in our system to help keep the master bedroom cool. He was very friendly and professional from the assessment to job completion. I have him booked for our annual maintenance already. 10/10 highly recommended.

Jeff (owner) came out on a Saturday at 8am to install 2 mini splits for my garage, he was very professional and great with me asking questions. Both units were installed In a timely fashion and work great!
