It's been about a month since we got our new carpet. 10-stars!We started visiting Vail Floors and discussing options over a year ago. Will and his team were patient and very helpful. Laynes Flooring installed ~6 rooms in 1 day. With a single-story, open floor plan, we decided on carpet to address the sound reverberation issues in the house. The carpet feels amazing on our feet - plush and soft. We had to upgrade our vacuum! Will's customer service is impeccable! Honest, fair, and high integrity. The carpet is so nice and compliments the tile - I don't hate our tile anymore! Thank you, Will!

We purchased a home earlier this year and had to re-do the floors in the entire house.Will was amazing to work with and the guys he uses to install did an amazing, professional job. Jose for carpets and Diego for tile.We were blown away by all of them. Thank you guys so much!
