I got up in the morning to a quieter pond motor than every other day, two waterfalls with only trickling water from the two waterfall boxes, which shortly stopped and only a tiny bit of movement touched the surface of the pond. Something was wrong and I was afraid I would lose my koi due to inadequate aeration.I was unable to connect with the company I had always used before. Being in my early 80's and physically limited in maintaining the water feature in our backyard, I felt very fortunate this past spring in finding Cazee Ponds on-line. They even came out the first time as a courtesy call just to see what we had. Since then we have used Cazee three times. Most contractors or service groups one works with are generally pleasant or personable. In Brad Cazee's case, the owner, and his son Zach, we have found them to be down-to-earth individuals who seem truly happy in helping you. This is the first time we have used this company and couldn't be more satisfied. From the initial phone call to the job being completed we have nothing but compliments about this company. Brad from the very beginning kept us well informed as to what would be done...an appointment was made and they were on time. While doing the work (cleaning out the waterfall and checking all the equipment) he constantly kept us in the loop as to what was being done with each step...he also told us what future problems could arise due to the age of our pondless waterfall...things of which to be aware.
