Stephen showed us around their facility to look at more samples in a bigger context. Both Cody and Stephen would call and come by to review designs and check measurements and were always a pleasure to chat with. On install day, the crew knocked it out and went above and beyond even repairing and painting adjacent stucco. The design, install and functionality of our Johansen gates are fantastic!!“

“I contacted the company about a quote for replacing the gate operator at my home, which had failed. A representative from the company promptly called me back to discuss, which I appreciated. They were polite and professional, but before they would even quote, they wanted to charge a ~$150 service fee to come out and perform an inspection of the gate and surrounding area. I appreciate the need to perform an inspection before giving a binding quote, as its indicative of quality work, but it's off-putting to be told there would be a ~$150 charge just to receive a quote. None of the other three gate & security firms I worked with in town wanted to charge an inspection fee like this.“
