We love our whole-home water softening system from Water Tec. We also have their kitchen R.O. system for delicious drinking water at our kitchen sink and through our refrigerator. Water Tec calls every other month to see if we need salt for our system. If we do, they bring it and fill the container. I'm thankful, as I don't have to lift that 50 lb. bag. The R.O. filters are changed annually. Water Tec sends you a reminder with a coupon. Some have said I could do it cheaper myself. That's nice and fine for some. I've only had my new water softener about a week but it's working great. WaterTec had fair pricing, far less than a large plumbing contractor, and the installation was done well.

Water Tec took over the management of the water softener connected to our well. They maintain the system, including putting us on the route to add salt to the filtration system, and advise us of actions necessary to keep the storage tank clear. Our water is soft and clean. Thanks Water Tec! You make our lives easier!
