Ralph has been groomed with them for at least 8 years. When Tony (old owner retired) Jamie (new owner) started to take care of him, with the same loving care. Ralph is now 12, and has all the bumps and warts (?) that and older dog acquires. Jamie is so careful to not cause harm to them when grooming Ralph. Everyone there is very friendly and considering of my dog and me.
