Super bad service. It was rude. I charge more online it says they charge 40 and I charge 65 for a haircut and wash when online it says 40. The whole time he was on his phone talking and answered rudely. I would never return to this super lousy place. Apart from not giving my daughter what she wanted for her haircut, she did whatever she wanted.

Paola sucks. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. And has no sense of time. She was 20 minutes late. She did a horrible job on my hair and was in a hurry because she wanted to to go Phoenix.

Went in for a same day appointment I had made for 11 am with a Paola . When I arrived some other worker told me that Paola was on her way and that she was usually about 10-15 min late , given this is at 11am don’t they open at 10am? So then I’m like okay so I sit down and 15 min go by and I ask the workers if they know how much longer it’s going to take and one of them steps to the side to call her and she comes back after about 15 min to tell me that Paola might not show up bc she may be in Phoenix . Like if that had anything to do with my business like she should have just told me that from the jump so I wouldn’t have had to wait for over 30 min . Apparently... read full review
