Vista Point Properties is outstanding. Danea is very responsive every time. Been in their property 2 months. Had issues with the irrigation system and they were on it every time and now perfect. Also there was a chunk missing from the bottom of the garage door, the trim, which they had repaired immediately. I feel so lucky having a responsive, effective, friendly Property Management company!

We chose ********************* to market our Veranda at Ventana property because of his vast experience with our large condo community. He knows our market, his connections to handle requested repairs prior to and during the listing achieved our goals at reasonable rates. At His well appointed office nearby we managed all the prep for listing docs in one afternoon visit. Being snowbirds, we drove away. He responded promptly to every call or text or email, achieving our listing, sale and remote closing in just over a month!
