Purchased a patio door and large window last year. a small rock got into the door track and made it hard to slide. The service tech came out on time and quickly fixed the problem at no charge even though it was my fault.

Apart from the waiting period of windows being made my experience with Tucson Windows and Doors was excellent from the start with Rafael, the salesman that came to my home. I must say it was worth the wait, my windows look so nice, I’ve received compliments, and that’s a good thing since my neighbors didn’t like the wait either.

We have had our windows since 2005 when they were installed. We have been thrilled with the quality and the customer service at Tucson Window and Door. We had our shower door done by them as well! Now hoping to get a slider with a doggie door...
