A really nice variety of classes. very knowledgeable group of instructors. just a really nice positive place to workout and get healthy.
The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, informative and caring. They frequently take continuous improvement classes in order to provide their clients the most up to date Pilates experience. Classes are extremely challenging yet fun and light. The instructors work with you to ensure you are getting all the benefits that you expect for mind body and soul.
