A plumber found a leak in the wall of the kitchen behind the sink, turned off the water and called Steamy Concepts. The plumber told us the problem was serious and the solution would probably require a month without our kitchen. We didn't know where to start or how to proceed. Paul from Steamy Concepts called me five minutes later and was in our home about 10 minutes later. He explained what needed to be done, how long it would take and that insurance would pay for the work. Steamy Concepts worked quickly and professionally. Ezra, my project manager, was so helpful and empathetic to my stressful situation. His customer service was top notch.

I also have to mention the billing department. Mark, whom I dealt with, was patient with me as I worked with my insurance company. He provided assistance and communication with them directly. He made the process less stressful on myself. Thank you to Steamy Concepts and the incredible customer service they provided.

When we had a leak, Steamy Concepts was so helpful. From hearing about the origin of the leak, to water damage remediation, to working with our insurance, Chris and the team were kind, efficient, and empathetic. Working with them was such a blessing because the whole process is scary, expensive, inconvenient. Definitely recommend.
