He was knowledgeable, patient, prepared, and professional at all times. He set out a game plan to handle my tax situation that was clear and achievable. I think the most important thing that Robert showed me during the appointment is that he has character. I don't think he even has the time to help me, and is in no need of advertisement, but I was impressed. I plan to do business with this man, and am glad to do so.
