The landlord where I live hires TRS to maintain our heating/cooling, so I can't speak on price. What I can speak on is that they are always friendly, professional, and show up when they say they will. They do competent work, and have never left us hanging in the middle of a repair like other companies have done. I am happy to recommend them to my friends who are homeowners.
After dealing with another Tucson company with very poor customer service and even worse work, I called TRS in an act of frustration.The difference was night and day. From the moment they answered the phone until the final work was complete I was so happy to have found them.If you work with TRS expect empathy (let's face it you don't call when everything is working great and you're comfortable), super friendly customer service and very fast reliable service.They show when they said they will and do the work they say they'd do! I just can't say enough good things, especially after seeing and working with the other services in town!They are my go-to from here on out.
Family recommended TRS because of their positive experience. I too had an excellent experience. Fast to make it out to the house, friendly tech that knew what the issue was and a quick resonably priced repair. I will be recommending them to everyone I hear looking for a honest A/C repairman.
