I was very pleased with my treatment at TOI. I had a left total knee replacement last fall. Dr. John J. Wild and staff were wonderful. I am only sad that he is retiring soon and I won't be seeing him again. All in all, I received great care from every provider that I saw. I will be returning to TOI.
Quick check in! Front desk was professional and courteous. The med tech was friendly as well. Had to get X-rays while I was there and it was just a matter of minutes and I was in and out. The radiologist was great! Finally saw the doc and he was thorough, listened and explained everything.
Normally, I don't have any problems here. My husband is really good about checking in early and we went to primary care physician Monday June 17, and they set up an appointment this week for Friday. We show up for the appointment check in early. They take the co-pay and tell us to wait in lobby A: after 30 minutes, they don't call us, but they called everybody who came before and after us so my husband checks in and they scramble like they forgot to check us in. After another 30 minutes, more people are called in who came much later. So he checked again at the desk.
