Tara is a fantastic massage therapist. You can feel what a gentle and loving soul she is the moment you are in her space. Her office is lovely and I felt right at home. I will be recommending her to any and everyone!

I started seeing Tara in 2018 or 2019 for craniosacral to help manage my fibromyalgia symptoms. Those sessions were instrumental in helping me learn to decipher my body's signals to me within a safe, emotionally supportive, and welcoming space. Thankfully, we were able to still work together during the pandemic through shifting our focus to nervous system work, which I've found to be just as beneficial. Tara knows how to gently ask the questions that get to the heart of the matter and balance the tough emotional processing with playfulness and laughter. Tara is a kind, gentle, and loving soul and a master at her craft. I have experienced cranio-sacral and massage therapy with her and would be hard put to decide which I liked more. She listens, and at the same time has a natural ability to go just where you need her to. She provides a comfortable and safe envionment where I feel free to let go in what ever way I need to at any given moment, and she is right there with me. Tara is a true gift.
