Very prompt service, Kim showed up the next day (I wasn't in rush). Got me into my truck and new keys delivered since my spare wouldn't work due to being worn out. I contacting other locksmith businesses (higher up the google front page) and got the run around of what sounded like a corporate call center. I just wanted to support a small local business and I'm glad I found this company. Highly recommend!
Excellent communication and scheduling with Kim of Story's Lock & Key. She was prompt, professional, and super efficient. Can't beat the price either! Extremely positive experience.
If I could give them a 10, I would. Called late Friday and had my new fab, that had to be ordered, programmed and installed by 10am Monday morning. Knowledgeable, explained everything and extremely kind!
