Carlos has come twice now to help us out with a terrible greywater flooding we experienced due to failure on our apartments end. Each time, he has been quick as a whip, kind, and professional. He's went the extra mile each time. I work from home, and he has taken extra precaution to be fast and as quiet as he can. I appreciate you Carlos!!! I love specialty carpet cleaning! They always come out when we need them and do a great job. They never leave a mess behind. All the workers are very polite. Carlos is my favorite! I recommend Specialty to all my friends and family.
