We had a great customer service experience. Jennifer was great over the phone when we were considering our options and in person showing us around. There is a small shop with lotions, clothes, stones, etc. The women's and men's side each had a sauna, locker room, bathrooms, showers, and waiting areas. The waiting areas had water, coffee, specialty teas, and trail mixes. There were comfy seats, pillow, blankets, and a view of the courtyard/ pool. The lockers had the robes and sandals. The bathroom sink had everything you would need to complete a spa day including hair styling tools, brushes, razors, makeup remover, toothbrushes, mouth wash, hair ties, and hair/body oils....read full review

I'm local and will continue going back. You are treated like royalty from the time you enter until you leave. The massage therapists are very professional and great at what they do.

I got a facial from Brooke and she did the most amazing job, it was one of the most relaxing things ever and my skin feels so soft and rejuvenated. Brooke is such a beautiful person and was very comforting and wonderful to talk to. This is definitely a must!
