Felicia in the office and the irrigation team are wonderful-5 stars for them. Whatever I need they are on top of. We've been using them for a while and if I have a problem with any service, they address it quickly and make it right. Pre covid the maintenance team was 5 star and then covid took its toll as it did on most businesses but they seem to be improving, so we'll stick with them, especially since they are so responsive to any issues or feedback I have. Good prices too.
I’ve been trying off and on for years to find a good landscaper. This time, I wanted to have a tortoise den repaired in addition to yard work. Felicia and the team were super responsive, reasonably priced and didn’t look at me funny when I said tortoise ? The team showed up as scheduled and did a great job, made my week!
I learned I had an irrigation leak while out of town, I called Sonoran Scapes Landscaping & asked if they locate & fix leaks. They scheduled someone to come out two days later. Chris quickly located the leak under pavers. The leak was promptly fixed, tested & pavers put back. I was so pleased at the prompt response & fix. Thanks much to Chris & Sonoran Scapes Landscaping!
