Called them to take care of a leak my elderly parents had. Aaron showed up today. Called when he was heading that way. Communication was on point. Repair was made. As a business owner in Georgia I’m happy to know Silverado is a company I can trust to take care of my parents. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommend this group the office ladies were very pleasant as well.
We had high water pressure coming into our home, which led to a problem T & P valve on our hot water heater. We had water coming up from the ground in our front yard. Yikes. Enter Nicholas, who started his shift early on a Sunday to give us answers and provide fixes. A new T & P valve, a new Pressure Regulating Valve, and an answer to the seeping water question (the T&P relief drain). Great work! We've already recommended Silverado to some friends in need.
