She listened carefully, asked follow ups, made sure that she understood what I wanted. I was lucky enough to find Elizabeth and I'm never letting her go. After basically having the same hairstyle for years, I wanted to try a drastic style change (for me), but was a little anxious about it. Elizabeth eased me into the style and it turned out amazing!
