It's clear to me they care about the environment, they treat their employees the best, and they are always looking to provide the best competitive service in town. Who else really delivers all that?
Shaffer comes to your house picks up your soiled clothes and then drops them back off, all for the same price as you get at the brick and mortar locations. Doesn't get any better then that.
